Shipping destinations

We ship to Gelato-supported destinations, which include 200+ countries and regions worldwide.

Production & delivery times

Delivery time depends on the product, destination, and shipping option selected. Gelato explains that delivery speed varies, and the most accurate estimated delivery date is provided during ordering/checkout.

Gelato’s shipping guidance commonly references:

• Domestic shipping: typically 2–4 days

• International shipping: typically 4–6 days
  (Shipping time is in addition to production time.)

Delays and lost parcels
