Returns (14 days)

Standard (non-personalized) items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

  • unused and unwashed

  • free of stains/odours

  • in good condition

Personalized items

Personalized/custom-made items (e.g., name/number customization) cannot be returned unless they are faulty or incorrect.

How to start a return

Email kunderservice@footsters.dk with:

  • order number

  • item(s) you want to return

  • reason for return (optional but helpful)

We will send you return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund the purchase price to the original payment method within [7–14] days.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email kunderservice@footsters.dk with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement/reprint or refund.
