The story behind the jersey

A classic Bayern Munich home jersey from the 2013/14 season, when the German powerhouse continued its dominance following its historic treble triumph in 2012/13.

The season marked Pep Guardiola’s first year as head coach of Bayern Munich. With stars such as Franck Ribéry, Arjen Robben, Thomas Müller, Philipp Lahm and Javi Martínez, the club secured another German league title as well as victory in the DFB-Pokal.

Bayern also set a record by securing the Bundesliga title as early as March and went unbeaten through its first 28 league matches. The club also won the FIFA Club World Cup in December 2013.
